The Red Lion Hotel Paper Valley has two parking garages for guests of the hotel.  The current rate is $5 per night.

​​​​​Fall 2020 Highlights  

 The Fall conference is an annual gathering of district Infinite Campus users. During the conference you   will learn about new and improved features, learn best practices, discover new tips and tricks, and   learn new techniques to streamline tasks to become more efficient in your role. The conference   offers sessions & round tables led by other districts, WIRCC staff members,and Infinite Campus staff   members.

 Conference sessions topics are based on what has recently been updated in Infinite Campus or State   reporting, and is based on annual attendee feedback from the previous year’s survey results.

Does your district have limited funds to send you to educational conferences? Submit a Presenter Interest Form and, if selected, your WICUG registration fee will be waived!

District presentations are always popular sessions at the WICUG conference, and we're looking for customers to share their Infinite Campus knowledge and tips & tricks with fellow users.

What is included in the conference registration fee?
Sessions of your choice for the two conference days, breakfast and lunch on the first day, breakfast and a snack on the second day.  Coffee, soda, and water will be provided throughout both days.

What is your cancellation policy?

After the cancellation deadline of November 1 no refunds will be issued.  If you are unable to attend you may substitute another person in your place at no charge.

Do you have a One Day Price? 

No, we do not offer a one day price for the conference. Attendees are more than welcome to only come one day if that is what works best for their schedule. 

How do I select my sessions? 

Once you have purchased your event ticket you will receive an email from [email protected] to claim your order. Once you have claimed your order you will receive an email from Sched. In Sched you will be able to select your sessions for both days of the conference. You will only be able to select one choice per session, some sessions are popular so best to select your sessions early! 

Are meals provided?
Yes, breakfast and lunch will be served on the first day.  Breakfast and a snack will be offered on the second day.  Coffee, soda, and water will be provided throughout both days.  If you have dietary restrictions, please make that selection in Eventbrite when purchasing a ticket. Please note, meals are served buffet style. While all items will be refilled, you will have the best selection, and largest variety when attending at the start of each meal.

Can I purchase tickets for multiple people? 

Yes, you can purchase tickets for more than one person at your district. Please make sure each person is listed individually and with their own email address. Please Note: you can not list the same email address for multiple people. 

Can I select sessions for other attendees I registered? 

No, each person will need to select their own sessions, since once they claim their order(tickets) an email from SCHED will be sent to the attendee to select their sessions. Each person needs to set up their own account so they can see their own schedule. 

Where do I submit payment if paying by PO? 

To keep our conference costs down, we encourage payment of the conference registration fee by credit card.   If you have no other option then please make the PO out to CESA 5. Also include the conference name and registrant names on the PO along with billing information. The PO can be emailed to Rachelle Bacon [email protected]   

How do I find Session Handouts or Presentations? 

Presenters will upload the documents. These documents can be found by clicking on the session in SCHED. They will appear just below the Presenter's information if available.
