The Wisconsin Campus Board is pleased to offer a mentoring program for districts new to Infinite Campus, or for districts who have new staff members or staff members new to Infinite Campus responsibilities. Currently, mentors are available on a variety of Infinite Campus topics. Our mentors represent large, medium and small school districts. Users who have questions about the mentorship program can contact Rachel Hoffman at [email protected].
The Mentorship program is not intended to replace training or the help desk. The goal is to offer a vehicle to share knowledge and ideas between colleagues across districts.

Here is a map that shows all of the school districts who are currently using Infinite Campus as their student information system.
Nominations will remain open through October 25th. Elections will start the following week and voting information will be sent out to districts via email. Candidate(s) will be notified prior to the start of the November conference on their status.

Please consider running for the WICUG Board. If you have any questions please feel free to contact one of the current board members listed on our Contact Us page. We will be seeking nominations soon for the Fall 2020 election. An email announcement will be sent out to notify all Infinite Campus districts when nominations are open.
Board Expectations: Members have approximately 10 meetings per year. Most of these meetings are in person but there may be the need to add a Virtual Google Hangout as well during the planning time. These meetings are hosted around the state by current board members and will require travel. This is a 3 year commitment. Individuals that are elected president serve for an additional year.
